About the role
We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at EAGLOBALL BUILDERS. In this full-time position based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships.As part of our sales and marketing function, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and promoting our range of high-quality building solutions.
What you'll be doing- Identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
