Marketing Associate

Job Description

The role is expected to have exposure to and develop expertise in a wide range of tasks supporting various functions in the RX Manila Marketing, Creatives & Analytics Cluster to providemarketingsupport and executionto ensure the success and high-quality standard ofmarketing campaigns within the defined timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and over-all support for any workstream
• Have a holistic knowledge & support to different workstreams such as marketing specialist, SEO, PPC & Creatives etc.
• Support execution of the marketing plans (all other executions to be delivered by otherteams as briefed)
• analyzemarketing plans and provide strategies on how to improve show support (notlimited to the initial ask of the business partners)
• briefing, developing, overseeing, project managing and owning the delivery of a multi-channel on and offline marketing plan
• liaisewith business partners and operations regarding marketing goals that align withthe overall direction and business goals
• Identifyopportunities on marketing plans, provide recommendations andimprovement to the plan
• Execute overall plan and reinforce the strategy of the show

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year experience in the marketing field, hands-on experience in marketing platforms is a plus
• Must have a strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Knowledge in data extraction and reporting
• Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changes
• Ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes
• Passion to develop projects and understanding of the market automation discipline
• A friendly attitude and a team player
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed
• Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on the business needs
