Multimedia Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to create compelling visual assets across print and digital

platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high- volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for integrated campaigns, including print ads, event collateral, digital
• display, and motion graphics
• Create visually engaging email communications using structured templates
• Produce press-ready artwork for print media and large-scale event branding with high technical accuracy
• Build digital assets such as standard banners and rich media HTML5 designs optimized for multiple platforms
• Manage high-volume creative rollouts using automation tools
• Develop motion graphics and video content for digital and social channels
• Ensure brand consistency while introducing fresh creative approaches
• Collaborate with onshore creative teams, account managers, and strategists
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining quality

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in multimedia or production design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in Figma and experience creating HTML5 banners or rich media assets
• Strong Excel skills for managing data-driven creative rollouts and automation workflows
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and prepress requirements for print-ready artwork
• Proven experience in motion design and animation for campaign assets
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable working with Australian stakeholders
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for creative output
• Willingness to render occasional overtime or adjust shifts based on business needs Operational Capabilities
• Work under the guidance of the Studio Manager and onshore creative leadership
• Deliver projects on time with effective time management
• Utilize creative systems, automation tools, and design software efficiently
• Adhere strictly to processes, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging software tools
