About the role

As a Sales Support Staff at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales success. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative technology company.

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing client databases, and preparing sales materials
• Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as follow-ups, order processing, and customer service
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns
• Gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales management team
• Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

• At least with experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the lighting or B2B sales industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PIVOT, VLookups, PowerPoint)
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation
