General Project Manager

Is looking for:
General Project Manager who will lead multiple industrial projects including fume scrubber systems, coating applications, and process installations ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards while also providing strong field leadership, enforcing discipline on-site, improving systems, and driving consistent and efficient project execution across all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects from planning to execution and completion
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery
- Oversee site activities, manpower, and subcontractors
- Implement QA/QC systems, inspections, and quality controls
- Develop project schedules, WBS, and coordinate resources
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Lead and manage site teams (engineers, foremen, technicians)
- Drive process improvements and standardization across projects
- Handle client coordination, updates, and concerns
- Monitor costs and protect project profitability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, or related)
- With more than 5 years of experience in industrial project execution
- Proven track record in managing multiple installation-heavy projects (mechanical systems, piping, equipment)
- Experience in coating systems (polyurea, epoxy) is an advantage; exposure to process systems (scrubbers, STP, air systems) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, site inspections, and mechanical installation practices
- Familiarity with coating standards (SSPC/NACE is a plus)
- Proficient in project scheduling tools
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Willing to travel nationwide
