PROJECT MANAGER
Job Qualifications- Relevant Experience
- At least 5-8 years in construction project management
- Must have handled commercial fit-outs (restaurant, retail, hotels --- not just houses)
- Ideally completed end-to-end projects (from permits to turnover)
- Education/Technical Background
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Licensed (preferred, not always required if highly experienced)
- Project Management Skills
Strong in:
- Budgeting & cost control
- Timeline scheduling (critical path, delays, contingencies)
- Contractor/vendor coordination
Familiar with tools like:
- MS Project/Primavera/even Excel-based tracking
