Job Description
- The RPA Apprentice is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions under the supervision of experienced team members. The role involves assisting in process analysis, documentation, and identification of automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The apprentice will develop foundational technical skills while contributing to automation initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.
- Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Document process workflows.
- Support the development, setup, configuration, and testing of RPA solutions under supervision.
- Perform unit testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor bot performance and execution and provide first-level troubleshooting support.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Other Sections, IT) for end-to-end automation delivery.
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security policies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of automation processes and changes.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs related to RPA tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation
- Exposure to databases, Excel automation, or APIs is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is an advantage
- No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects in automation or programming are an advantage
- Working Set Up - Hybrid
- Working Schedule - Shifting (Regular and Mid)
- 960 hours or equivalent of 6 months contract
