Finance Supervisor

Division: Commercial | Department: Sales Office – Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to lead accounting and finance operations in our Sales Office. You will ensure accurate reports, internal control compliance, and smooth admin support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate Daily Cash Position & AR Settlement reports
• Prepare and submit financial reports and SOA tracking
• Record and post transactions in ledgers
• Oversee operating and promotional expense reports
• Ensure systematic record-keeping of all financial files

• Conduct monthly stock and treasury inventories
• Reconcile records and investigate discrepancies
• Validate accountable forms and reports
• Ensure audit and statutory compliance

• Lead and coach finance team (Cashier, Settlement Analyst, Stock Analyst)
• Implement succession and learning programs
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Admin, and Head Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Admin, or Sales Office Ops
• Familiar with MS Office tools, accounting systems, and audit practices
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
