Marketing Supervisor

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote food and beverage brands
• Lead branding initiatives for the Japanese restaurant, including digital marketing and public relations efforts
• Manage and oversee social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising
• Plan and execute promotional activities such as product launches, events, and in-store campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong strategic thinking and creativity with the ability to execute impactful campaigns
• Proficient in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and paid ads
• Experience in data analysis and performance tracking to guide decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
