Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Specialist / Game Master, you will serve as the frontline representative of our game titles, providing outstanding support to players, resolving issues, and ensuring a fair and fun in-game experience. You'll play a vital role in engaging the community, supporting live events, and upholding game policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to player inquiries via ticketing system, email, chat, forums, and walk-ins.
  • Provide assistance with account, billing, and technical issues.
  • Support and moderate in-game and offline community events.
  • Monitor player activity and enforce terms of service, community guidelines, and in-game policies.
  • Escalate critical issues and player feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Handle support across multiple game titles as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a player-first attitude.
  • Deep passion for online games and the gaming industry.
  • Basic PC/network troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on rotating schedules.
  • Flexible and open to extended hours or overtime as needed.
