We are looking for:

HR CLERK

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management
• With experience in HR tasks is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Sheets is a must.
• Effective communication and time management skills.

• Handles day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and processing HR-related paperwork.
• Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
• Help onboard new employees, prepare necessary documentation, and conduct. orientation sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR matters.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis as needed. Schedule meetings and training sessions for employees.
• Maintain a filing system for HR documents and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
