Responsibilities: Accurately type, scan, and maintain various documents, ensuring proper filing and organization.
Utilize your experience in scanning and digitization to handle a diverse range of documents and materials, including converting file types and assigning appropriate file names and numbers.Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively collaborate with individuals from multiple departments and manage a variety of tasks.
Showcase your fast and accurate typing abilities to prepare materials for both internal and client use, adhering to company and external guidelines.
Uphold document security best practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of both physical and digital documents.
Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments, providing information and preparing necessary documents.
Skills and Qualifications: Someone with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Proficient in scanning and digitization, with experience handling various types of documents and materials.Exceptional time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any bachelor of science courses.
Attention to detail – to ensure that documents are correctly typed and scanned and are properly filed and maintainedScanning and digitization – should have some experience scanning and digitizing a variety of documents and materials, including converting document types and assigning file names and numbers
Time management skills – to work with individuals from many departments on a variety of tasks
Typing and word processing – fast and accurate typing is vital, to prepare materials for both internal and client use according to company and external guidelines
Document security – to follow best practices for document and file security for both paper and digital documents
Communication skills – to communicate across departments, providing information and preparing documents
Can travel to branches and affiliates nationwide.
