Warehouse Outbound Manager (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Outbound Manager (Night Shift) to lead outbound logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment for customer deliveries. In addition to standard outbound responsibilities, the manager will also oversee Fresh Operations, ensuring perishable goods are handled and shipped according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the night shift outbound team, including supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor and optimize outbound workflows to meet or exceed KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time departure).
• Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational goals and performance updates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage returns, discrepancies, and damages.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles used in outbound operations are maintained and operational.
• Oversee the handling, storage, and dispatch of perishable and temperature-sensitive goods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations (e.g., FIFO, cold chain integrity).
• Monitor temperature logs, storage conditions, and expiration dates.
• Work closely with QA and inventory teams to reduce waste and manage spoilage.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing night shift team.
• Support workforce planning, including staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Enforce all company safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and support root cause analysis of incidents.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in accordance with sanitation and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be based in Tunasan, Muntinlupa City
• At least 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Prior experience managing outbound logistics and/or fresh/perishable goods is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or other food safety certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
