Mechanical Engineering - Cebu

• Responsible improving equipment’s reliability and availability across the manufacturing plants and cold storage
• Develops and implements functional preventive maintenance system for all the equipment across the plant
• Responsible for managing the department’s resources while satisfactorily accomplishing planned activities
• Manages and maximizes the manpower according to the scheduled activities
• Ensuring a safe workplace to people
• Coordinates and manages contract jobs and projects inside the plant
• Responsible for developing systems/machineries improvements projects that would yield improved production output and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• With 2–3 years of experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
