COST & QUANTITY ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in cost estimating, tendering and quantity survey (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
• A high level of proficiency in popular software, including word processing and spreadsheet, AutoCAD software
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills
• With Deep Knowledge on HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing standards
• Preferably: Female applicant

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, equipment, and installations.
• Quantity Surveying: Calculating material quantities and labor costs for mechanical components.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Procurement Support: Assisting in selecting suppliers and negotiating prices.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with engineers and contractors to optimize costs.
