About the role
Join the dynamic call centre team at Top Alliance as a CSR (Easy Account). This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, and offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a CSR, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of call centre operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
