About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail clients, handling both voice and non-voice inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and other communications with empathy and professionalism
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Accurately process orders, returns, and other customer transactions
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • No CCE experience required or Preferred 3mos experience in BPO

Highschool / Senior HS Graduate

Offers Relocation Package to outside CDO candidates

Amenable to work in CDO
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitasking effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiar with customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
