Sales Associate - Bicutan, Paranaque

The Sales Associate assists the customers by promoting the Company’s products and services. He/She processes transaction by issuing job orders and receipts in payment for goods and services. He/She also arranges and maintains product displays to enhance the store’s image.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists customers in selecting frames, lenses and other accessories.
2. Receives purchases and orders for prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other accessories.
3. Monitors quantity count of assigned items.
4. Cleans and arrange product displays.
5. Handles customer complaints, proposes corrective actions and escalates to the management as appropriate.
6. Prepares daily and weekly sales reports.
7. Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years’ experience as Sales Clerks, Customer Care Specialist/ Representative
• Good communication skills and pleasing personality
• Patient and courteous with customers in every situation
• Willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Paranaque
