Job Description:
- Inspires and motivates people to achieve strategic intent and goals. Build a high performing organization, coaches and develops high potential employees for future greater responsibilities.
- Provides the team with leadership and direction to achieve business unit and individual goals, in terms of compliance, employee experience, value creation, operational excellence and social responsibilities such as sustainability, both short and long term.
- Create and implement effective digital workplace services and real estate portfolio strategies with multi-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver high impact and relevant services and address key business issues, and opportunities.
- Govern vendor partners in delivering service KPIs such as employee experience, compliance, operational excellence, and value creation targets.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
- College Graduate.
- Skills needed are expertise in creating strategies, collaboration with multi-functional team such as HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, vendor partners, and engage directly to Senior Leadership.
- Requires strong leadership and communication skills in managing a big organization to deliver employee services, solutions and regional real estate portfolio while ensuring high standards of compliance, employee experience, operational excellence and value creation.
- Multi-country or regional work experience in a multi-national corporation for at least 2 years
