Role and Responsibilities:
- Account Analysis by Sales Type: Assist in categorizing accounts based on their sales type and growth plans, aligning with their target business objectives.
- Sales Activity Management: Contribute to the management of sales activities, ensuring feasibility based on sales/marketing plans, with a focus on achieving common goals. Set guidelines for ROI analysis and manage both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities.
- Volume Management: Analyze product volume, logistics, actual sales, and inventory for each account.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential financial risks, including collateral (limit), orders, and payments.
- Retail Channel Management: Ensure alignment between contracts, pricing policies, and product distribution channels.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in business development, B2B sales, or account management in categories such as display, electronics, technology, or B2B products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share within the assigned territory, while maintaining strong relationships and networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, developing effective sales strategies.
- Solid business acumen, with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in smart business is a plus.
