Key Responsibilities

Developer and Office Accreditation
  • Assist in processing and monitoring developer and office accreditation requirements
  • Coordinate with developers, partners, and internal departments regarding documentation and compliance
  • Maintain organized records and tracking of accreditation documents and approvals
Property Listing Management
  • Post and update property listings on various online property portals and social media platforms
  • Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing
  • Monitor listing status and coordinate updates or revisions when necessary
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Finance departments
  • Assist in coordination of meetings, documentation, filing, and internal communications
  • Support office operations and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in real estate administration is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
