We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Strategem Ventures Management Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll be doing:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling a variety of clerical duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
Assisting with the organisation and execution of meetings, events, and other administrative tasks
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and streamlined administrative processes
Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating with vendors as needed
Undertaking any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Good command of written and spoken English
