What you'll be doing
- Designing and overseeing the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other building services
- Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to support project execution
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring the implementation of mechanical and piping systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the construction phase
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Mechanical/Pipe Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
