Relationship Manager

BOF, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to grow our loan portfolio and deepen client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship-building and credit analysis—balancing business development with sound financial judgment.

You will play a key role in originating quality loans, evaluating creditworthiness, and managing client accounts from onboarding to full repayment—ensuring a strong, sustainable lending portfolio.

• End-to-end management of loan accounts—from prospecting to full repayment
• Active sourcing and acquisition of loan clients within assigned market segments
• Conducting business validation, financial statement analysis, and credit investigation
• Preparation and presentation of loan recommendations for approval
• Ensuring completeness of credit information and adherence to the Bank’s credit process
• Overseeing documentation, registration, and loan disbursement
• Continuous monitoring, collection, and nurturing of client accounts
• Identifying early warning signals (EWS) and initiating remedial or restructuring solutions
• Coordinating with internal teams, including Remedial Management, for watchlist accounts
• Maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date credit folders

• A relationship-builder with strong sales and credit evaluation skills
• Detail-oriented with solid financial analysis and risk assessment capability
• Confident in engaging clients and presenting credit proposals
• Highly organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Experienced in banking, lending, or financial services (preferred)
• Driven, resilient, and committed to delivering quality portfolio growth
