Senior IT Engineer Tier 3 (MSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Administer and maintain servers, networks, DNS, and cloud platforms (Intune, Azure, AVD) to deliver secure and reliable performance.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, and other critical network devices.
• Act as a technical advisor to management and clients, aligning IT strategies with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, promoting collaboration and technical growth within the team.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive issue management and professional communication.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of IT experience, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong background in server administration, DNS management, and cloud technologies (Active Directory Intune, Azure, AVD).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and server issues including raid configuration on a server.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and networking equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and client service.
• Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize critical issues, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Fluent English Required
