• Lead transformative efforts to ensure company infrastructure remains robust, scalable and secure across multiple AWS regions. Collaborate closely with diverse teams and clients to streamline the technological ecosystem to meet evolving demands.
• Expertise spans AWS services and tools like Terraform for seamless infrastructure management, alongside Kubernetes (EKS, DOKS). Facilitate migrations to AWS Serverless technologies and Kubernetes clusters, enhancing operational agility and efficiency, including managing databases.
• Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket and GitHub Actions, automating application deployments across AWS and Kubernetes environments. Focus on cost optimization leads to significant savings through AWS billing enhancements.
• Engineer a robust monitoring system using AWS tools, while streamlining EFK as a logging system for granular insights and analysis.
• Proactively identify and address system improvement opportunities through incident/problem investigation and resolution.
• Author clear technical documentation (both internal and for clients) and ensure compliance with SOC2 standards, reinforcing digital security posture.
• Redesign infrastructure for scalability and availability across multiple AWS regions.
• Leverage Terraform to create reusable modules for sharing across various projects.
• Implement security measures on AWS.
• Design Kubernetes infrastructure on EKS and DigitalOcean.
• Migrate and containerize services to ECS Fargate, Kubernetes (EKS, DOKS), and Lambdas.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions to automate application deployment to AWS services and Kubernetes clusters.
• Conduct in-depth investigation and optimization of AWS billing to reduce organizational costs.
• Develop a comprehensive monitoring system for instant notifications and proactive incident management.
• Configure Kubernetes deployments using Kustomize and Helm for streamlined management
• Design and configure a logging system with EFK for comprehensive logging and analysis.
• Author technical documentation for improved knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Prepare SOC2 documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure/cloud management, with strong expertise in AWS (multi-region).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS, DOKS), ECS Fargate, and AWS Serverless technologies.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in system monitoring, centralized logging (EFK), and proactive incident/problem management.
• Solid understanding of SOC2 compliance and security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of database management in cloud and containerized environments.
• Ability to balance cost optimization with performance, scalability, and availability.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment and managing infrastructure for diverse global clients is a plus.
