QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in site acquisition or related fields is usually required for Globe Project and FTTH Project.
Proven experience in the telecommunication industry, specifically in Permitting, Right of Way (ROW), and Site Acquisition.
Negotiation: Strong capability to negotiate lease acquisitions and amendments with lessors.
Permitting: Comprehensive knowledge of securing Local Government Unit (LGU) permits, barangay clearances, DPWH permits, and Homeowner Association (HOA) approvals.
Leadership: Ability to lead teams, manage surveyors, and oversee site documentation.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lease Negotiations: Securing new sites and amending existing contracts with land owners.
Permit Processing: Leading the submission and approval process for building permits and other regulatory documents.
Team Management: Supervising SAQ officers and ensuring they meet deadlines for site deployment.
Reporting: Preparing project status updates for clients and management.
