Job Qualfications:
Graduate of any related business course/degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity (Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Associate, etc.)
Preferably from BPO, RPO, manpower or service-oriented industries. Work experience in other industries may still be considered.
Substantial experience in Face-to-Face selling and client interaction, with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication (verbal/written) & networking skills
Good interpersonal skills Marketing experience/background is a plus
Good Microsoft Office/G-Suite skills like Word (Docs), Outlook (Gmail), PowerPoint (Slides), MS Teams (G Meet) and Excel (Spreadsheet).
Job Summary:
Responsible for growing business and market position in the business process outsourcing industry, by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ) Manage potential and new accounts’ end-to-end sales process from Lead Generation and Qualification, to Closure, and handover to the Operations team.
- ) Exhibit organizational skills to efficiently manage Sales Pipeline and Sales Cycle.
- ) Collaborate with internal teams to further improve sales or build business development related programs and initiatives.
- ) Document and execute strategic plans, then provide tactical inputs.
- ) Point of contact for Operations team for any misalignment in client expectations for contract terms or negotiations that would need de-escalations.
- ) Develop effective working relationships with accounts and customers through regular meetings, identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- ) Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
- ) Responsible in meeting sales and revenue objectives set by the company on a quarterly and yearly basis.
