We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel expertise to join our Growth Team. This role will focus on creating, streamlining, and optimizing GoHighLevel systems for both TSPI and our clients while working closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As a GoHighLevel Specialist, you will:

• System Setup & Management
• Configure, customize, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts for TSPI and its clients.
• Build pipelines, campaigns, workflows, and automations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM, funnels, forms, and integrated tools.
• Automation & Process Improvement
• Design and implement marketing & sales automation sequences (email, SMS, follow-ups).
• Streamline onboarding processes, reporting dashboards, and client engagement systems.
• Proactively recommend and implement system improvements.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team
• Work directly with TSPI’s marketing team to align GoHighLevel campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Support social media, paid ads, and content initiatives by ensuring funnels and workflows are optimized.
• Provide insights based on GoHighLevel data to guide marketing actions, improve targeting, and increase ROI.
• Client & Internal Support
• Act as a subject matter expert for GoHighLevel, providing troubleshooting and support.
• Train team members and clients on GoHighLevel best practices.
• Maintain smooth coordination across departments.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance inside GoHighLevel.
• Prepare reports on KPIs, lead flow, conversion tracking, and automation results.
• Translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant / GoHighLevel Specialist or similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM, funnels, pipelines, automations, triggers, and integrations.
• Background in marketing or digital marketing preferred; able to collaborate closely with marketing teams.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide marketing insights that support decision-making.
• Familiarity with sales workflows (lead generation, nurturing, client retention).
• Tech-savvy with problem-solving skills; able to suggest system improvements proactively.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work with international clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
• Amenable to working night shift to support international clients.

• Experience with API integrations, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Background in social media management, paid ads, or campaign execution.
• Familiarity with data privacy and secure handling of client information.
