Virtual Assistant – Design & Marketing (Onsite, Makati City)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant with knowledge or experience with either Creative Design or Marketing.

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Location: Cavite

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design Assistance: Creating basic marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners, and presentation decks using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely publication across platforms.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assisting with email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials, including proofreading and formatting.
• Brand Asset Management: Organizing and updating brand files, image libraries, and ensuring consistent use of branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or a related role.
• Must have experience using Adobe – In Design.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
