SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE TEAM LEADER- CEBU

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and support the daily activities of Sales Development Representatives.
• Monitor lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling activities.
• Ensure quality leads are generated and properly qualified.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Track individual and team performance against targets.
• Prepare and submit team sales and lead-generation reports to the Department head.
• Coordinate with the Department Head on sales initiatives and team concerns.
• Assist in resolving customer and team-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed.
