Senior Game Designer

Responsibilities:

• Illustrate or design themes, storylines, and overall player experiences that fit the product vision.
• Create a unique look and feel of game features, including bonus rounds, free spins, jackpots, and other key moments in the player journey.
• Develop engaging feature concepts for symbols, wilds, scatters, multipliers, mini-games, and other in-game elements.
• Work closely with developers in an agile environment, and stakeholders to ensure the visual direction is clear, consistent, and aligned with the intended experience.
• Ensure game designs meet regulatory and legal standards including gaming regulations and fairness.

Core Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and branding logic standards, with a strong eye for player-facing design quality.
• Experience with a variety of design tools and technologies, including Adobe XD or Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in using specific AI tools to support design thinking, and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Shotcut for video editing, Unity, or game AI engines.
• Basic knowledge of animation using Spine, with the ability to support simple motion concepts and animated feature presentations.
• Basic knowledge of illustration and color rendering, with an eye for how visuals enhance theme, clarity, and overall game appeal.
