Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the power distribution and energy solutions industry based in Cebu that is looking to hire two Sales Managers (power distribution / solar energy).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development within:
- Power distribution
- Solar / renewable energy
- Electrical equipment or EPC projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mounted)
- Power distribution systems (transformers, switchgear, substations)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling B2B clients, large-scale projects, or government tenders is an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into client solutions
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Sales / Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in power distribution and renewable energy solutions, including solar PV systems. This role focuses on building strong client relationships across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors, while delivering customized energy solutions that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
- The role involves managing the full sales cycle-from lead generation and technical consultation to contract negotiation and project handover-while collaborating closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
