SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be the crucial bridge between our marketing efforts and our closing team. You will wear three important hats: Appointment Setter (identifying and qualifying leads), Sales Enthusiast (pitching value), and Customer Relations Champion (building trust and maintaining relationships).

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound reach (via phone, email, or social channels) to prospective clients, qualify their needs, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
• Customer Relations: Manage inbound inquiries with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor. Act as the primary point of contact to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Sales Support: Educate prospects on our products/services, handle initial objections, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain client records, interaction logs, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
• Feedback Loop: Collaboratively work with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and lead generation strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, BPO, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Appointment Setting.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be confident talking to various types of personalities.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace/MS Office, and VoIP software.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient against rejection, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Education: High School Graduate, College Undergrad, or Bachelor’s Degree (all are welcome to apply if the skills match!).
