Etchworks Digital Hammer, Inc. is a growing creative fabrication company specializing in custom signage, engraving, laser-cut products, and branded installations for businesses and events.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who enjoys working with clients, understanding their needs, and helping turn ideas into finished products.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident with people, organized, and excited to work in a creative production environment.

• Respond to client inquiries and assist customers with product recommendations
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements (signage, engraving, custom fabrication)
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on project specifications
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure smooth project execution
• Build long-term relationships with corporate and repeat clients
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting solutions
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in sales and marketing strongly preferred
• Experience in signage, printing, fabrication, or construction industries is an advantage but not required
