Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / Technical Writer to ensure product and process quality through the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and documentation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements, while translating complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct desktop audits to ensure compliance with international standards
• Analyze and improve core business processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documents, and management system documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client regulatory requirements
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate safety and quality compliance
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and maintain audit logs
• Translate complex technical content into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Produce high-quality documentation tailored to target audiences
• Support process improvements through development and implementation of new procedures
• Track process changes and document progress updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Engineering license is preferred)
• Proven experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or technical writing
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders
• Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and relevant computer systems/tools
• Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, morning shift)
