Technical Writer

• Ensure documentation supports regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, user‑friendly materials
• Collaborate with IT, business, and leadership teams to align documentation standards
• Manage document repositories and knowledge management platforms
• Continuously improve documentation processes, templates, and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation management, governance, or compliance roles
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in technical or business writing within IT‑driven or regulated environments (preferably financial services)
• Strong understanding of IT operations, SDLC, and project management concepts
• Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Document360, or similar enterprise documentation tools
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
