Customer service assistant

Job Description

• Responsible in handling client inquiries and ensuring proper service support to clients.
• Provide support in a variety of phone and email inquiries, including account status, itinerary and other documentation.
• Assess client’s needs to help the make the possible best arrangements
• Provides department general back-office support
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and active communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process client accounts and document files
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With work experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable with GDS: Sabre.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Binondo, Manila
