Client Services Officer - Insurance | Hybrid (twice a week onsite) - Eastwood

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle client inquiries promptly, resolving at first contact and owning cases through to completion (calls and emails).
  2. Follow up on outstanding requests within set timeframes to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
  4. Accurately process manual applications within SLA requirements.
  5. Meet service levels and turnaround times for all client interactions.
  6. Adhere to processes, quality standards, and maintain accurate system records.
  7. Apply product, process, and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliant support.
  8. Escalate risks appropriately and ensure all communications are accurate without providing advice.
  9. Achieve individual productivity and quality targets to support team performance.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of client service exp or contact centre environment (calls and emails)
  • Proven ability to manage inquiries end-to-end across phone and email channels, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Insurance background is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements and risk awareness within a financial services or insurance environment (preferred)
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and handling complaints professionally
