Your Role:
- Responding to customer email inquiries via Gorgias
- Responding to live chat inquiries via Gorgias
- Order creation and editing via Shopify
- Order creation and editing via Warehouse Management System
- Responding and assisting with retail and operation teams
- Contributing to team meetings and internal team channels
- Supporting retail business inquiries on weekend shifts
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- 2+ years of experience in customer support role.
- English skill is the top priority
- Experience with Ticketing Platform - Gorgias
- Proficient Computer Literacy
- Ability to handle live chat conversations
Preferred skills/expertise:
- Experience within E-commerce
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with courier platforms
- Problem Solving
- Ability to work within a Team
- Adaptable
