We are seeking a bilingual HR Officer with Japanese language proficiency to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between Japanese-speaking employees and management while handling various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for Japanese-speaking roles
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

Maintain HR records and prepare reports
Coordinate with Japanese clients and stakeholders
Assist in policy implementation and compliance

What We're Looking For: ✅ 2+ years of HR experience

✅ Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of Philippine labor laws
✅ Proficiency in MS Office applications
