Human Resources Manager
POSITION: HR MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: Legaspi Village, Makati City
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (full-time onsite)
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS: 80K to 100K gross per month (all-in | non-negotiable), HMO (employee only), 13th month bonus, life insurance, group accident insurance, 30 days paid time off, annual salary increase (performance-based), performance bonus (depending on company performance and income), plus government mandated benefits

This position will work closely with leadership to design and implement OD programs, support transformation efforts, and enhance workforce effectiveness to enable sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and execute Organizational Development (OD) and change management initiatives
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and culture-building programs
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
- Develop and oversee learning and leadership development programs
- Manage employee and labor relations, including disciplinary cases and investigations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the organization in dealings with DOLE, NLRC, and other government agencies when needed
- Develop and utilize HR analytics and metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, OD, or Organizational Psychology) is highly preferred, but not required
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in organizational development, change management, and culture transformation
- Experience in performance management, learning & development, and workforce planning
- Solid experience in employee and labor relations, including labor case management
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence senior leadership
- Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Makati City
