ABOUT THE ROLE
As an HR Intern, you will be part of a team that not only supports business goals but also helps shape a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and doing what’s right. You’ll gain practical, real-world experience across multiple HR disciplines; helping you build a strong foundation for a future career as an HR Representative or HR Generalist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR Operations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including document collection, orientation support, and new hire tracking.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, presentations, and HR communications.
- Assist in organizing company events, engagement programs, and internal initiatives.
- Support HR projects such as surveys, training programs, and HR process improvements.
- Help respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and concerns.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR Generalist or People Operations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
- Strong teamwork mindset with a positive and adaptable attitude.
