QA Analyst Test Manager

About the role

As the QA Analyst Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA professionals, developing comprehensive test strategies, and driving the successful delivery of our software solutions.

• Interact and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Perform risk analysis at the project management level.
• Maintain detailed documentation related to the software or system and ensure that systems are adequately tested and that all cases are accounted for.
• Participate in the creation of User Stories
• Experience in managing teams while leading and developing top talent
• Analyze testing result patterns and other data to ensure continuous improvement in the product
• Develop and manage testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines.
• Coordinate bug fixes and software enhancements with development and engineering teams.
• Perform the estimation process of a project to have a better project planning
• Participates in triage calls and QA meetings
• Conduct defect management
• Develop a draft and execution of test plans
• Defines & implements quality process improvements focused on defect prevention.
• Generate documentation based on new applications to share and train QA team members
• Demonstrate a good understanding of testing based on requirements/user stories

• At least 11 years of experience with Software Quality Assurance, with 3-5 years as Test Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent is a must.
• Should be amenable to report 100% onsite in Makati, Ortigas, and Greenhills.
• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and practices
• Certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB or CSQA, would be an advantage
