• Handle inbound customer calls and queries in a professional and efficient manner

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in a Canadian market
