Accounts Payable Support | BGC | Hybrid, Night Shift - Quezon City

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Support to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a night shift schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Maintain records of all accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analysis
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice status and payments
• Support the accounts payable team in other administrative tasks as required

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
