Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on industrial ice cream machines, ice makers, and chillers
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Monitor machine performance and recommend upgrades or parts replacement as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Assist in general equipment upkeep within the production facility
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all times
Required (any of the following):
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining industrial ice cream machines
- OR College graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related technical course, with relevant field experience in appliance repair and maintenance
- Willingness to be trained in handling specialized equipment, particularly ice cream machinery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Knowledge in basic electrical systems, motor controls, and food-grade machinery
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment as needed
- Willing to work flexible hours or be on-call when required
