Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining a facilities equipment and structures, ensuring they are in good working order and safe for use
- Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning fixtures
- Making minor repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment
- Painting, repairing floors, and fixing drywall
- Maintaining and repairing furniture, including moving and arranging it for events. Adhere strictly to the mall house rules and be aware of any mall-related practices
