KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage overall store hub operations in Lucena
Lead, train, and supervise staff
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
Implement visual merchandising and store standards
Prepare sales reports and performance analytics
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Drive promotional activities and marketing initiatives
Manage store budget and operational expenses

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
✔ 3-5 years of retail or store management experience
✔ At least 2 years in managerial role
✔ Background in construction, hardware, or engineering products is a PLUS
✔ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good inventory and operations management abilities
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Must be willing to be assigned in Lucena

✔ Valid driver's license and willing to do field work
