Production Maintenance

F-tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee and improve the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment faults, and ensuring minimal downtime across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures to determine root causes.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and service reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery or systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean maintenance or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Familiarity with ISO standards or OSHA regulations is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site.
• May require holiday work or on-call availability for emergencies.

Physical requirements include walking, standing, and lifting moderately heavy equipment.
